Jaipur Photographers’ Club (JPC) is a photography community dedicated to promoting photography through exhibitions, workshops, photo walks, competitions, educational programs, networking opportunities, and related activities.

4. Event Registration

JPC reserves the right to:

• Change venues.
• Cancel or postpone events due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payments

Applicable taxes may be charged wherever required.

6. Refund & Cancellation

In case JPC cancels an event, participants may receive a refund, credit, or transfer option at the discretion of the club.

• Photographs
• Graphics
• Videos
• Text
• Event materials
• Designs
• Publications
• JPC Magazine

are the intellectual property of Jaipur Photographers’ Club or their respective owners.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.

8. User Content

Participants may upload photographs or other content for competitions, exhibitions, or publications.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You own the copyright or have permission to submit it.
• The content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, or legal rights.
• JPC may display, publish, promote, or reproduce the submitted work for promotional, educational, exhibition, archival, or club-related purposes with appropriate credit wherever reasonably possible.

Copyright ownership remains with the photographer unless otherwise stated.

9. Code of Conduct

Members and participants are expected to:

• Respect fellow photographers.
• Follow event guidelines.
• Maintain professional behaviour.
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct.
• Respect venue rules and local laws.

JPC reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for inappropriate behaviour.

Users shall not:

• Upload malicious software.
• Copy website content without permission.
• Use the website for unlawful purposes.

Violation may result in suspension of access and legal action where applicable.
