Photographers from 79 cities across 4 countries display more than 300 photographs under one roof. Such is the vibrant scene at the grand inauguration of the 13th Annual Photo Exhibition organised by the Jaipur Photographers Club (JPC). The four-day exhibition began on Thursday, 4 December, at the Alankar Art Gallery, Jawahar Kala Kendra, and remains open to all art lovers from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. until 7 December.


















This creative celebration is inaugurated was by Chief Guest Ram Chand Khubani & Awdhesh Kumar Pandey (National Awardee in Hand Block Printing) by cutting the ribbon. On this occasion, international travel writer Dharmendra Kanwar, Additional Chief Engineer (PHED) Satish Jain, Avdhesh Kumar Pandey, Principal of Subodh Public School Dr Sanjay Parashar, Lalit Musal from Motisons Jewellers, and senior photographer Umesh Gogona formally open the exhibition by lighting the ceremonial lamp as special guests. Renowned personality Ravindra Upadhayay graces the event as the Guest of Honour. Dr Rajesh Kumar Sharma, Prof Shubha Dubey, along with Pavnesh Arora, Amit Sharma, Satya Prakash, Vijayant, Surendra Verma, Dr Leeneshwar Harshvardhan and Dr Abhay Singh Jain are also present on the occasion.
During the inauguration ceremony, the 12th edition of the JPC Calendar 2026, based on the theme Landscape, was launched. Alongside this, the Look Book 2025 was also unveiled, featuring photographs and profiles of all participating photographers. The book reflects the creative journeys of the artists and the depth of their photographic vision. Speaking on the occasion, Anil Khubani, Head and Founder of Jaipur Photographers Club, stated that the club’s 13th Annual Exhibition narrates a successful journey where photographers from across the world continue to showcase their creative styles. He adds that the club has more than 10,000 photography enthusiasts who, through their lenses, present not just images but a rich and tangible portrayal of the world.
The exhibition features photographs based on landscapes, wildlife, portraits, street photography, star trails, black-and-white portraits, fashion, abstracts, lifestyle, and architecture. A special highlight this year is the cluster photography display, where the perspectives and creative ideas of select photographers are presented together in a fresh and distinctive manner. On the final day of the exhibition, a felicitation ceremony will be organised, during which several awards, including the Maya Khubani Awards, will be presented, with some awards dedicated especially to women and students.
