About Samar Jodha
Samar S. Jodha, a TED speaker and celebrated artist, has dedicated the past three decades to using his
photography, films, and installation art to amplify the voices of the marginalised. He is the driving force
behind RED BALLOON, a global platform that empowers young leaders to advocate for social change
through creative experiences and mentorship.
Samar S Jodha is a photographer and an installation artist working across Asia, Africa and the Middle East. He is also a Nat Geo Cover Shot judge and a TED speaker. Samar is keenly invested in the youth, a group that he believes has the power to lead and enable social impact. He founded Red Balloon, an organisation based on a collaborative ecosystem that aims to create large-scale mobilisation and impact through creative experience.
