Important Points: Please read carefully.
1. This is a 4-5 Month Long Photography Project.
2. Deadlines, as mentioned in the rules & regulations, would have to be followed strictly.
3. This is a self-funded project. All the cost of arrangements, space, marketing & promotion, printing & designing, framing, and display (for the launch) is shared equally among the final eligible Shooting Stars.
4. No uploads or sharing of any Photographs clicked during or for the Project on any forum eg. Facebook/WhatsApp etc.
5. Photographs for interim review to be sent at info@jpc.rocks
6. Maximum photographs for the project need to be taken during the execution of the project only.
7. Photographs will have to be sent for monthly review the dates of which would be informed after the selection for working on a certain photo project.
8. Participants will also be required to submit their thoughts about their project in 250 words (max). About the Project and text for all the photographs.
This will form a part of the coffee table book. We will try to have views of the judges for the participant’s work.
9. The Layout of the book to be done individually by the participant with the approval of the sample design from the execution photo project design team.
Printing of Coffee book will be done centrally (to maintain uniformity). Charges shall be confirmed at the time of printing of the project.
10. Changes/Additions if any during the course of the project shall be communicated to all the participants.
11. The Decision of the judges and Jaipur Photographers’ Club will be final and binding.
