Awards & Recognitions:
1. Publication in Calendar & JPC Magazine: All submitted photographs will go through a shortlisting process. The selected photographs will be proudly published for the 2025 Calendar & in the future issues of JPC Magazine.
2. Featured Photographer Profiles: The selected photographers might have their profiles featured and covered in detail in future issues of the JPC Magazine. This in-depth coverage will highlight their journey, inspirations, and techniques, offering readers a closer look at the artists behind the lens.
3. Cover Page Feature: The selected photographs can also feature on the cover page of JPC Magazine in the future issues.. This is a unique opportunity for photographers to have their work highlighted in the most prominent way possible.
Terms & Conditions:
- Submission Limit: A participant can submit a maximum of 5 photographs.
- Format and Resolution: All photographs must be in JPEG format at 300 dpi in Horizontal Orientation only.
- Size Specification: The maximum size of a photograph should be 4000 pixels on the longer side.
- Camera Specifications: Photographs from a DSLR, point-and-shoot, mobile, or any other camera are welcome.
- Name of the Wildlife Creature & Location: Compulsory.
- Post-Processing Tools: Only the following tools are allowed in post-processing: brightness, contrast, saturation, cropping, sharpness, exposure, dodging, and burning.
- Watermarks: No watermarks of any kind are allowed on the photograph.
- Copyright: The copyright of the photo belongs to the photographer.
- Eligibility: The submissions are open to photographers of all ages and nationalities.
- Originality: Entries must be original works taken by the entrant.
- Permissions: By submitting a photograph, you grant Jaipur Photographers’ Club the rights to use, publish, and display the work in any format for promotional purposes related to the club’s activities. Proper credits will be given to the photographers wherever their work is used.
